Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat sanitizer in sanitizer containers were measured to be at 50ppm. Required concentration for QUAT sanitizer is 200ppm or higher.
Corrective Action(s): Staffs refill sanitizer every 2-3 hours. Provide a timer or post a label on sanitizer containers to track time when to refill.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The handwashing sink was missing a paper towel dispenser. Observed a stack of paper towel put on a countertop beside handwashing sink.
Corrective Action(s): Provide an adequate paper towel dispenser such as a wall mounted type or a bar. Given 2 days to address the issue.

2. The ventilation hood canopy to be cleaned professionally at least twice a year. The unit was cleaned back in August 2021. Please coordinate with school to schedule another cleaning in April 2022. Increase routine cleaning frequency of the ventilation hood to 2 times a year.
