Area under hand washing sink was relatively clear - thank you for your cooperation. Continue to maintain this area
All temperatures met health requirements - 1 cooler in defrost mode at time of inspection, internal food temperature below 5C at time of inspection.
Dishwasher tested at 50ppm Cl
Sanitizer at front and back at 100ppm Cl - ensure staff are aware of sanitizer is in kitchen.
Bulk bins equipped with scoops stored handles up. Thank you
Hand washing sinks are appropriate equipped
Ice machine maintained
Items previously stored on the floor are not on rolling racks so that they can be easily moved to allow for cleaning
