Code 402 noted on Sanitation Complaint inspection # ZDER-AWFVD8 of Mar-01-2018 Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)] Observation: Disposable single use gloves re-used and handwashing not observed between tasks (handling money, handling dirty dishes, prep food, etc). Correction: Ensure all staff follow proper handwashing practices. 1. Wash hands regularly - start and end of shift, after using the toilet, after break, between tasks, after handling money, before handling food or clean dishes, etc. 2. Disposable single use gloves are used for one task only, after each task the gloves must be discarded, hands washed and new gloves used for next task or customer. Correction date: immediately

Comments

The following corrective actions have been taken to address violations which were identified at routine inspection (27-Oct-2022): - Bleach sanitizer solution (100ppm chlorine) present/in use for food contact surfaces. - Leak from 2 compartment sink has been repaired - Additional ice wands were ordered and are now present for cooling. - Grime/debris have been cleaned from floor. De-cluttering of kitchen and storage area have been initiated. Operator reported additional cleaning, de-cluttering and organizing are being completed after closing today.
