Sandwich coler: deli meat at 6-7 deg C; tuna @ 7 deg C (top portion), 4 deg C (bottom)
Ice used to support mechanical refrigeration.
Corrective Action(s):
Keep only half of product in inserts to keep product at 4 deg C.
Put more ice on the bottom so that inserts are touching ice.
Put lids on inserts when not in use. Discard top portion (food) of inserts.

Pop machine pooling water underneath. This machine has been serviced as per manager.

Service sandwich line cooler and prep line cooler immediately so it maintains temp. of 4 deg C or below.
