Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer spray bottle measured 0 ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Discard old sanitizer. Prepare fresh sanitizer at 100 ppm by mixing 1/2 teaspoon bleach per 1L clean water. Ensure sanitizer is available and in use in areas of food prep. Sanitizer must be prepared fresh often because the bleach will disappear over time. Date to be corrected by: Immediately

Observation: Pizza prep cooler is maintaining ambient temperatures of 6-7C.
Corrective Action(s): Repair this cooler so it is able to maintain ambient temperatures of 4C or less. Do not store any perishable food items in this cooler until it has been repaired and approval has been granted by the health inspector.

- Pizza warmer at > or 60C. Pizzas in the pizza warmer are discarded after 45 minutes.
- Three compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing
- Reviewed manual dishwashing procedures. Ensure dishwashing is done according to the manual dishwashing sign posted.
- Bleach is available for sanitizing. 100 ppm bleach sanitizer was prepared in a spray bottle during inspection.
- No signs of pests observed during inspection

*Display cooler for drinks is not working currently. Ensure only water, pop, juice, and other non-perishable food items are stored here. Do not store perishable food items such as dairy or meat in this cooler.
*Store bulk food scoops outside of the container to avoid potential contamination of the bulk food.
