2. Dish detergent bottle connected to dishwasher was empty.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Operator dumped bottle and refilled - concentration was retested and found to meet requirements.
2. Operator replaced bottle and primed machine. Ensure that detergent and sanitizer is monitored daily

- Walk-in cooler measured 4C or colder. Cooler well organized. Foods stored covered and date stamped
- Foods in line cooler measured 4C or colder
- Upright freezer is -22C.
