Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Meat slicer is stored with encrusted debris. All food contact surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized at least every 4 hours and at end of operation. This is to reduce the bacterial load on food contact surfaces.
2) Bleach bucket is not available anywhere on the premise
