A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezer was -23C; hot holding 60C or hotter; thermometers present; and temps recorded daily.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottle and 3-comp sink had strength of 200ppm. Test strips present.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- All foods are stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups; and all foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks, and platforms.
- No expired foods in use. FIFO rules being followed.
- FoodSafe, or equivalent course, certified staff present.
- All surface, equipment, and utensils are in good working order.
- All in order. |
