A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CK82K8 and the following observations were made: - Inserts of food no longer observed to be stacked on other inserts of food - Sanitizer spray bottle labeled and stocked with 200 ppm QUATs - Pest droppings observed during previous inspection were removed from premises - Ensure to update EHO with Pest Control Company reports - General sanitation satisfactory - All violations addressed
