Follow up inspection: -The handsink basin in the washroom was replaced. Liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels were available at the handsink. -The operator mentioned that they are planning to replace the shelves in the back storage area instead of re-finishing and painting them. Ensure that they are replaced with smooth, easy to clean, impervious to moisture, and durable materials. -The operator still needs to fill out the permit replacement form to obtain a permit to operate.
