Routine inspection conducted: -Church kitchen is used for serving food to parishioners (on a monthly basis, sometimes more frequently) as well as rented out to third parties for their use as well. -Walk in cooler at 3 deg C -Walk in freezer at -19 deg C -Church does not currently use hot holding units for any of their served meals -Church has copies of staff's valid FOODSAFE certificates -Permit is posted -Bleach water spray sanitizer at 100 ppm chlorine residual -Dishwasher achieved 71.6 deg C on rinse cycle Coffee Servery area: Primarily used for plain coffee Operator discussed serving specialty coffees; as mentioned, you would need an additional sink in this area. Currently there is only one handwash station (equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water)
