General: - handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water - bleach sanitizer measured 200ppm chlorine in front spray bottle and in back sanitizing sink - use front double sink for food prep, and use back three compartment sink for warewashing to prevent cross-contamination - meat comes in pre-cooked; facility does not have proper ventilation hood for grease laden vapours - ice machine appears sanitary - general sanitation is satisfactory - reminder that any menu changes must be approved prior to offering it to the public Temperatures: - sandwich prep cooler: 2-4C - chest freezer: -19C - under counter cooler: 4C - bubble tea prep cooler: 3C - back chest freezer: -16C Report not signed due to COVID-19 protocol.
