Follow up inspection. All items from previous inspection have been corrected. High level disinfectant is used as per label. (Next purchase check for DIN number). Foot file is impervious to moisture (metal foot file with disposable strips/ handle is disinfected in high level disinfectant). Foot bath is disinfected with intermediate level disinfectant - reviewed concentration. Buffers are single use and discarded after each use. Sharps container is available. Note: Lancets are single use (package should read sterile) and discarded into sharps container. Eyelash/brow tints are for professional use and are properly labelled. Infection control plan was updated and comments provided to operator by email. Make changes as discussed. Signature not required. Copy of report to be emailed to operator.
