Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The low-temperature dishwasher was not providing any sanitizer residual at the time of inspection. The unit was primed for a long period of time. The lines may have been clogged. The unit appears to require manual priming at the rinse cycle each time it is used and therefore requires professional servicing.
Corrective Action(s): Service the dishwasher ASAP. E-mail the inspector with a picture of the service report.
