Small container of cooked rice observed in a container at front next to rice cooker -temperature was at 30 deg C and indicates it has been there for about an hour

Operator indicates it was the leftover rice and she is making a new batch and will place it on top once it is cooked.
Corrective Action(s): You MUST re-heat (re-cook) the rice >74 deg C / >165 deg F before placing it back in the warmer.

Only use your designated mop sink in the dishpit room for all your mops/brooms

Clean and sanitize the kitchen food sinks -place a sign there indicating "FOOD USE ONLY"
