Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - ARBQZV: New preparation cooler purchased for salad items. Inserts and lower sections at or below 4 degrees C. Thorough cleaning done in kitchen and dry storage area. Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review. Call your district environmental health officer to discuss plans for renovations to kitchen in early 2018.
