Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted: No food production noted at the time of inspection. Only 1 stand up cooler being used. Temperature was less than 4C, Only 1 stand up freezer in use. Temperature was at -13C. No hot foods being served. Dishwasher no longer in use. 3-compartment sink, hand washing station, and prep-sinks available.
