Observation: Improvements to pest control noted. Premises has been deep cleaned. Back door is closed. Some evidence of rodent pests observed in one monitoring trap.

Observation: Staff washroom hand sink has hot/cold water, liquid soap, but no paper towels.
Correction: Provide paper towels in staff washroom. Keep washroom door closed.
Comments

Follow up inspection.
Walk in cooler was serviced - food temperature at 4C/40F.
Temperature records are posted along with required cooler and hot holding temperature.
Hot holding equipment is being pre-heated and food is reheated on stove.
Staff washroom has paper towels in dispenser.
Sanitizer spray bottle is being labelled during inspection. Use all chemicals safely.
Cleaning - a deep cleaning has been done (behind and under equipment,etc.).
Continue to follow a written cleaning schedule and clean shelves, under equipment, etc.
