1) Sanitizer not available in back kitchen.
2) Wiping cloths not stored in sanitizer when not in use.
3) Rice scoops stored in room temperature water.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Sanitizer must be available at all times. Solution remade at time of inspection, measured 100ppm chlorine.
2) Wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer when not in use.
3) Rice scoops must be stored in ice water. The ice water, scoop and container must be changed out/washed rinsed and sanitized at least every four hours.

Observation:
1) Plastic bag of ice within the ice machine
2) Oyster sauce stored in opened can
Corrective Action(s):
1) Do not store plastic bag of ice within the machine as the plastic bag may contaminate the ice.
2) Store all foods in food grade containers once the can is opened to prevent any leaching from the lining of the can.
