Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AX4RKH: Knives stored in a clean plastic tray. 2 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing. 100ppm bleach available for sanitizing. Seating has been reduced to 10 seats and observed patrons being served with single service utensils only. Staff not wearing disposable gloves. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Exhaust canopy filters cleaned. Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labeled identifying contents. Note: Correction ORDER issued on March 22, 2018 still stands. Operator considering leasing a commercial dishwasher. Call your district environmental health officer if you have any questions.
