Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food stored in sliding glass door cooler at front was measured to be between 7-12C. Cooler was storing mostly sauces and salads, and one container of fried chicken.
Corrective Action(s): All items moved to the properly working walk-in cooler at time of inspection.

Observation: Sliding glass door cooler had an ambient temperature of ~8C
Corrective Action(s): Operator stated staff were recently in and out of this cooler. Monitor temperature of cooler and ensure it is capable of maintaining temperatures at or below 4C. Repair cooler if necessary.

- Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- 3 compartment sink was set up for manual dishwashing; 200 ppm chlorine detected in sanitizing compartment. *Ensure sanitizer solution is up to the proper water line level.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in several buckets for storing wiping cloths
- Walk-in cooler and beverage cooler were measured to be at or below 4C
- All chest freezers were measured to be between -14C and -19C
- Hot holding units were measured to be above 60C
- Accurate thermometers available
- Food storage practices good; all food covered and stored off the ground. *Ensure not to store scoops directly in dry ingredients
- Ice machine and pop dispenser machine maintained in sanitary conditions
- General sanitation good
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
