Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surface sanitizer was not prepared at the time of inspection. Staff explains the spray bottle broke and they did not get a chance to make a new batch of sanitizer. Operator made new batch in a bucket with a cloth and it achieved 100-200pm Chlorine.
