Ownership change has occurred. Application for Health Approval along with Certificate of Ins. has been submitted. Operator to submit the following: 1. cheque 1 for Jan-Mar for 37.50 and for Apr - Mar $150.00 (next year annual fee) 2. New operator to take Foodsafe 1 training. Submit letter from instructor upon successful completion. 3. Ensure there is adequate staff with Foodsafe 1 to cover all shifts. Inspection: Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) at 200 ppm. All temperatures were meeting health requirements. No changes. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit. FSP and San Plan same from corporate HQ. Approval Granted.
