-Follow-up inspection to January 5, 2018.
-Drain has been serviced. Grease at the end of the pipe was preventing water from draining to water. Water from the handwash station was able to flow to waste without the kitchen floor drains overflowing.
-Food preparation in the back area can resume - handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Reviewed new proposed menu for facility and discussed providing an updated food safety plan to reflect changes.
