All items noted on the last report were corrected: A new glasswasher was installed and it had 50 ppm chlorine. Pest control has been on site, report reviewed. Entry points were sealed, notably underneath the dishwasher and door sweeps were installed. No new droppings were found. Ensure that this is monitored. Grease build-up under the cook line has been cleaned. Exposed wood next to the glasswasher has been sealed. Chlorine test strips were purchased. Ensure that both the glasswasher and dishwasher are checked every day.
