General sanitation is good. No obvious signs of pest noted. Bleach is available for sanitizing. Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory. Soap and paper towel are available at the handwashing station Store personal items apart from food ingredients/bottled sauces (i.e., health supplements..etc). Please pay the overdue Health permit fee. Another copy of the invoice is provided. The permit document must be posted in plain sight of customers as required by regulations.
