Comments

-Hand sink and washrooms are fully equipped. -200ppm bleach is available in a spray bottle for sanitizing purposes. -Exhaust hood is still not hooked up. Stoves are not used for cooking purposes, just reheating. There's a sign by the stoves to indicate this. As discussed, since there is no proper venting, you cannot use the stove to prepare foods which generate grease laden vapors i.e. no cooking of meats, seafood, etc. -Fridge temperature is 3 degC and Freezer temperature is -19 degC. REMINDER: YOU ARE RESTRICTED TO THE USE OF SINGLE SERVICE UTENSILS ONLY FOR PUBLIC EVENTS. THERE IS NO DISHWASHING FACILITIES ON-SITE (I.E. NO COMMERCIAL DISHWASHER OR 3-COMPARTMENT SINK).
