- General sanitation is excellent at the time of inspection.
- Walk-in cooler at 2.5C.
-Walk-in freezer at -18C.
-Sandwich coolers were at 1C and 3C.
-Hot holding units - greater than 60C. (Note: Hot foods were reheated in the microwave to greater than 71C prior to hot holding.)
-Temperatures for cold and hot holding units are checked (daily); and records - available.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Sink is set and Quats sanitizer was tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered. Dry storage room clean and well maintained.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
