- All coolers at <4C
- All freezers at </=-18C
- Quats based sanitizer present in labelled spray bottle. Ensure you are following manufacturers instructions on dillution to ensure concentration is at 200ppm (food grade). Rec slight dillution.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher tested > 71C final rinse at the plate
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pests at time of inspection
- Ensure food is covered in cold storage units when not in use
