Routine inspection conducted. Facility is generally well maintained and operated. The following observations were made:

1. Temperatures - All temperatures meet health requirements
- "Take-Away Cafe" display cooler at 4C
- Starbucks(TM) branded cooler at 2C
- Beverage stand-up cooler in centre of store at 4C
- Milkshake undercounter cooler at -17C
- Ice cream chest freezers at -22C
- Stand-up freezers at -18C
- Walk-in cooler at 3C
- Chest freezers at back storage area at -18C or below
- Temperature logs maintained and up-to-date

2. Hygiene and Sanitizing
- Hand wash stations adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
- Sanitizer spray bottle contains 200 ppm quaternary ammonium compound (quats)
- NOTE: Ice cream machine to be cleaned and sanitized with chlorine-based sanitizer powder. Ensure that you follow manufacturer's directions on proper sanitizing
- 3-compartment sink present at back storage area
- Tongs stored in sanitary condition inside bakery cabinet
- Coffee machine, slushie machines maintained in good sanitary condition

3. Storage
- Food products stored at least 6" off the floor
- Take-out containers, straws stored securely

4. Pest Control
- No recent signs of visible pest activity at time of inspection
- Professional pest control company conducts routine audits. Last inspection conducted on Oct 18, 2018 did not reveal any signs of rodent activity
- Back entranceways are shut to prevent pest entry

5. The following requires your attention:
- Facility is currently not maintaining sanitizer logs. Ensure that you log sanitizer concentrations (e.g. for your quats-based bottles / dispensers) every day
- Further cleaning required in the following areas: sprinkles underneath the ice machine. In the back storage area, you also need to clean up some debris underneath the soda boxes
