Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front hand sink was missing soap. Operator supplied this hand sink with liquid soap at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwashing stations are always equipped with liquid hand soap and paper towels.

Observation: 1) Interior of upright 2-door freezer had accumulation of food debris.
2) Floors under grill and in corner by three-compartment sink need to be cleaned; accumulation of dirt and food debris observed
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas mentioned above. Ensure equipment is pulled out at least weekly to thoroughly clean hard to reach areas.

- Bleach sanitizer solution for storing wiping cloths available at 100 ppm
- Display cooler in front measured to be 3C
- Walk-in cooler measured to be 4C
- Upright 2-door freezer measured to be -24C
- All scoops for dry ingredients stored separately
- All food was kept off the floor
- Pest control in place; APC (All Pest Control); monthly visits conducted.
- No droppings observed at time of inspection.
