Paper based inspection Report #252502: *cold-holding units (prep coolers, walk-in coolers) at 4 deg C; thermometers installed *walk-in freezer at -18 deg C *hot holding units (steam table) at 60 deg C *hand sinks equipped with liquid soap and paper towels *dishwasher installed - no chemicals as of yet *all chemicals dispensers to be installed after contractor hand over building to operators no issues. concerns in regards to construction all construction completed **approval to operate granted - this approval does not exempt you from obtaining approvals from other agencies (i.e. City of Abbotsford, Fire & Rescue Services, etc.) -routine to be conducted once kitchen operation resumes
