Currently not used for perishable items (only stocked with canned soft drinks). Do not use coolers for potentially hazardous foods (items requiring refrigeration) until they are serviced and can maintain a temperature of 4 C or below. Equip both coolers with functioning thermometers. Hand sink equipped. Mixer in clean condition. Ensure infrequently used utensils are cleaned and sanitized before use.
