Permit to operate was posted.
All three handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Rinse sink was operational.
3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
Bleach was available on-site.
Note: Staff member setup 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer during the inspection since the previous chlorine sanitizer in the spray bottle exceeded a 200 ppm concentration as the chlorine test strips were bleaching/blanking out.
It was reviewed that 1/2 teaspoon bleach per L of water should be used to setup 100 ppm chlorine concentration.
Upright cooler and prep. cooler were at or below 4 degrees C.
Small freezer used to store ice cream was at or below -18 degrees C.
Dry goods were stored off the floor in the designated dry storage area.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
It was observed that the seating area was blocked off with a barrier at this facility and bubble tea drinks were being offered as take-out only at this time.
