Back splash was installed behind sink areas (dishwashing area)
cleaning schedule implemented.
Garbage disposal / pick up information was submitted.
Staff cooler / microwave installed at dishwashing area; ensure staff personal stuff not stored in dishwashing area as this is unsanitary and can lead t cross contamination.
Following to be done:
-Provide dishwasher thermometer to check final rinse temperature (internal type).
