At the inspection dated April 11, 2022 there were 11 children and 2 staff present.
All contraventions addressed at the inspection dated March 10, 2022 inspection #ONIR-CCEPK8 have been satisfactorily addressed.
The following repairs were made:
- the shards of glass have been removed and a new window was put in place.
- the stairs leading to the playground from the facility have been replaced with new planks of wood.
- the missing tile in the staff bathroom ceiling was replaced.
- the flooring outside of the facility entrance was covered.
The report was discussed with the manager and it was written off site due to the pandemic. A copy of this report was sent to the licensee.
