-Prep cooler on left has internal temp of 9C, middle prep cooler internal temp of 11C, right prep cooler internal temp at 9C
-Food discarded or placed back in the cooler depending on when it was prepped.
-Refrigeration company was in last night and will come back again today to adjust and ensure cooler is 4C or below
-purchase thermometers for inside coolers as well as probe thermometers for checking internal temps
-maintain a temperature log sheet at least daily
