Introduction

A scheduled follow up inspection to the routine inspection #SMOY-AVTR3F dated February 9, 2018 was conducted. Areas of non-compliance identified at the routine inspection were reviewed for compliance.

Contraventions

Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #SMOY-AVTR3F have been corrected.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

All previous violations have been satisfactorily addressed; no further action is required. The writer inspected the renovated outdoor play area during today's inspection. The Licensee has been working with the writer over the past few months and the installation of the playground is nearing completion. The Licensee is in the process of obtaining approvals to install shade covers. When this work is underway the children will not have access to this area for safety reasons.
