Follow up inspection conducted. The following corrective actions were completed: - Areas where mouse droppings were observed, have been cleaned to remove droppings. No additional droppings noted at time of the inspection. - Pest control report was submitted to EHO. Manager reports next service is tomorrow. - Weather strip has been installed at back door. - Ceiling tiles were replaced in areas where they were missing (hallway closet, hot water tank room) - Holes in walls have been repaired or filled with steel wool. - Additional measures taken: staff area and closet organized to allow for better monitoring and cleaning. Ongoing measures to be taken: - Continue to monitor for any additional rodent activity. If any additional droppings are present, clean up promptly and sanitize area. - Maintain high level of sanitation and keep floor clear to allow for cleaning and monitoring for pest activity. - Maintain contract for regular service by pest control technician and ensure recommendations from technician are followed.
