Corrective Action(s): All three scoops to be washed though the dishwasher at this time. Scoops should be stored in a sanitized container, never directly above the machine. Violation Score: 3

Routine inspection conducted: -Handwash stations adequately supplied. -Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory. Temperature recording chart reviewed. -Ventilation canopy hood maintained/serviced. -High temperature dishwasher had final rinse temperature of 71.7'C at the plate level. Temperatures recorded on a daily basis. -100-200ppm bleach available in spray bottles for surface disinfection. -Back storage room satisfactory. Equipment maintained in sanitary condition. -No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. -General maintenance and sanitation very good at this time. NOTE: Observed tiles on walk-in cooler floor started to crack. Recommended replacing the tiles, otherwise may be required to be replaced during future inspections. Currently no gaps observed. Operator had already arranged for tile replacement. Good! NOTE: Ice build-up observed in walk-in freezer. Operator had already arranged for seal replacement for the walk-in freezer. Good! Mechanical dishwasher not replaced as owner had mentioned during the previous inspection. Please notify the health inspector to obtain approval prior to replacing the unit.
