Comments

- Easy access to handsink was granted by replacing the prep table beside the stove with a smaller table
- Prep cooler received maintenance after the last inspection. A new condenser unit was installed; however, the temperature was still above 4C at the time of inspection. The cooler was empty and the operator was using another fridge to store all cut vegetables. The operator is to repair or replace the prep cooler until the next inspection.
