Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all noted areas. Perform cleaning regularly to avoid accumulation of debris.

- Coolers (glass door, domestic) at < or = 4C
- Freezers (chest, domestic) at < or = -18C
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Reviewed manual dishwashing procedures with operator. Ensure you are following the wash, rinse, sanitize steps as per the manual dishwashing sign.
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer available in bucket with wiping cloth
- Dry storage is satisfactory
- Ventilation hood is maintained
- No signs of pests observed during inspection. Kwality provides pest control services monthly. Reports available for review.
