Comments

- General sanitation needs improvement. See violation section above.
- All handwash stations (front/back) equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap in a dispenser and single-use hand towels.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated bins at 100ppm chorine bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Some extra cups, straws, and food stored in the exterior hallway. Keep all foods and equipment off the floor on shelving racks.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A new third party pest control company inspects a on monthly basis. The latest three reports reviewed at the time of the inspection.
- Operating Permit with a valid decal posted.
- Washrooms appear to be in clean condition. All handwash stations fully stocked.

Temperature control:
- All coolers < or = 4C
- All freezers < or = -18C
- Warmers > 60C
- Rice cookers > 60C
- Working thermometers inside other coolers.
- Batches of tapioca pearls stored at room temperature for max 3 hours. Time tracked.
