Closure Order Rescinded Facility has been renovated while closed due to fire, smoke, and water damage. Facility renovated as per approved floor plans; all surfaces are durable, easy to clean, and impervious to moisture. Facility has added a food storage unit (dry storage, 2 walk in cooler units, hand wash station, 3-compartment sink, and mop sink) adjacent to existing facility; no address changes required. All cooler units <= 4 C Display freezer = -21.2 C Thermometers provided for all refrigeration units. Hand wash station equipped with hot and cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Chlorine sanitizer available on-site. Orkin pest control services retained for facility. Corrections to be made: 1. remove all garbage, cardboard, bins, non-operational items from outside of facility. 2. Paint/stain all bare wood within facility. 3. Provide a new faucet at 3-compartment sink; one able to provide water to each of the 3 compartments. Facility has been granted approval to operate; this does not exempt you from seeking approval with other agencies.
