General sanitation - good. Hand sinks in coffee area and in the sandwich prep area supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water. All coolers =<4.0C (Front glass door cooler serviced and excellent; some new domestic coolers purchased). Freezers -satisfactory. Thermometers for cold units - available. Food storage - organized; off the floor; and covered. Mechanical dishwasher at 100 ppm chlorine residual after rinse cycle at plate level. 3 Compartment sink used to wash/rinse dishes prior to being placed in the dishwasher. Bleach/Quat sanitizers - available (A new calibrated dispenser installed.) Note: No hot holding at the time of inspection. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
