Operational from April to November for less than 14 days. Menu: nacho & cheese (pre-packaged), hot dogs, chilli dogs (chilli from cans - approved source), bacon cheeseburger, fries, pulled pork, chilli bowl (chilli from cans - approved source). -Chlorine sanitizer was measured at 100ppm -Coolers and freezers were measured at 4°C and -18°C respectively. -Two-compartment sink is available. *Discussed installing a handsink next to the dishwashing sink to meet the minimum requirements. -New cook top is planned to be installed under the ventilation hood. →Please consult the fire department.
