lnspection report # 00011176 Met with an owner and the facility is still closed, due to the fire that happened on January 1, 2020. They are closed now and doing some renovation in the kitchen area ( such as new flooring/tiling ) and some ceiling tiles will be replaced. Planning to be re-opening sometimes during the week of February 10th. Please ensure that all food contact surfaces to be washed and sanitized. No food has been stored at the time of inspection. Replace the old " ECO -lab" dishwashing signs/sanitation and cleaning procedure signs in the kitchen area. If you need FH signs, please let me know and I will be mailing them.
