Hand sink stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels. All coolers < 4 C and equipped with thermometers
Freezers were < - 18 C
Quats sanitizer from dispenser at 3 compartment sink measured at 200 ppm.
Pest control in place, no pest activity observed.
Cold holding temperatures checked twice daily on alarm system.
No fruit / vegetable processing onsite.
FIFO system in place.
General sanitation was good at time of inspection.
