- Self serve area upper cooler food time tracked and discarded after 2 hours (log to the left of the cooler)
- Hot holding unit not in use at the time of inspection. New equipment will arrive in 1 week
- Rice scoop in ice
- Food kept off floor level
- Food in coolers time stamped
- Cooler outside removed and decommissioned
- Ice machine kept in a clean and sanitary manner
- Meat slicer kept in a clean and sanitary manner
