OBSERVATION: Handsink at front house not dispensing hot water. Every other sink in premise dispenses hot water.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure hot water nob at handsink is fixed. In the main time, soap and paper towel is provided at two compartment sink next to low temperature dishwasher for handwashing. Operator is repairing sink this evening.
NOTE: The use of gloves does not replace adequate handwashing as clean hands are better than dirty gloves.

GENERAL COMMENTS
*The following temperatures were measured:
-line cooler (cooler #1) 2.0 deg. C
-line cooler (cooler #2) 4.0 deg. C
-2 door reach in cooler (cooler #3) 9.0 deg. C --> cooler has no PHF therein, only pop drinks.
-Undercounter cooler (cooler #4) 2.0 deg. C
-2 door reach in cooler (cooler #5) 4.0 deg. C
-2 door reach in cooler (cooler #6) 4.0 deg. C
-2 door reach in freezer (#7) -20 deg. C
-Beverage cooler 3.0 deg. C
*Temperature log well maintained and up-to-date at the time of visit
*Handwashing stations stocked with paper towel, liquid soap, hot and cold running water except for the front house handsink mentioned above.
*Proper food thawing process noted. Sealed product thawed under cold running water
*Low temperature dishwasher had 100ppm chlorine residual.
Test strip available on-site with expiry date April 2021
*QUATS sanitizer measured 200ppm both at spray bottle and dispenser.
*Reviewed cleaning and sanitizing procedure of rice scoop and automatic rice dispenser. To be cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours as per operator's explanation.
*Food storage practices adequate. Food stored in pest proof containers and off the floor.
*No signs of pest activity noted at the time of visit
*Permit posted in a visible location
*Foodsafe certified staff on site at the time of inspection.
